Online Sales Terms
These terms govern purchases of CarPal subscriptions, digital services, vehicle-listing tools, support packages, and any physical products offered in the United States.
1. Seller and Customer
Seller: CarPal Enterprise Inc., address [●], email [●], phone [●]. Customer: the person or business placing an order through CarPal’s website, app, marketplace, or approved sales channel.
2. Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. CarPal may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order where required to prevent fraud, comply with law, correct pricing or availability errors, or protect the platform.
3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices, fees, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and any additional charges are disclosed before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically if the checkout flow discloses renewal terms and the customer authorizes recurring billing.
4. Delivery and Performance
Digital services are made available after payment approval or within the time stated at checkout. For merchandise, CarPal will ship within the stated timeframe. If no timeframe is stated, CarPal will use a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days. If a shipping delay requires customer consent under applicable law, CarPal will provide notice and cancellation/refund options.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, the terms shown at checkout, applicable promotional rules, and mandatory consumer rights. Digital services already delivered or substantially performed may be non-refundable except where required by law. Merchandise returns, if offered, must be requested within the posted return window and returned in the required condition.
6. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

CarPal may provide vehicle, marketplace, pricing, communication, or workflow tools. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, CarPal does not provide legal, tax, insurance, financial, or mechanical advice.
8. Governing Law
