Use this form to request deletion of your CarPal account and the personal data associated with it. This page fulfills Google Play's account deletion requirement for the CarPal app.
What happens when you submit this form
- Your account and the personal data tied to it (profile details, saved preferences, and app activity linked to your account) will be permanently deleted from CarPal's systems.
- Some information may be retained beyond deletion where CarPal is required to keep it for legal, financial, security, or regulatory recordkeeping obligations — for example, records connected to a financial institution, dealership, or insurance partner's own compliance requirements. Any such data is retained only as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.
- Requests are processed within 30 days. We may contact you at the email you provide to verify the request before completing it.
